Crockett goes casual

One of the world’s most sought after formal shoe brands has introduced a casual range in line with international trends.

Crockett & Jones, known globally for it’s high-quality, hand-made leather footwear, and the brand Nelson Mandela wore on the day he was released from prison in 1990. After his release, President Mandela invited the footwear designer to his home to have shoes specifically made for him. Crockett & Jones has subsequently also made shoes for presidents Mbeki and Motlanthe.

The new Crockett & Jones casual range is ideal for those who want a casual option from our brand for the weekend and for leisure wear. The range is the first of its kind for Crockett & Jones and still upholds the excellent workmanship and quality.

The shoes in the range are made of both suede and genuine leather as well as a combination of the two. The design is both fashion forward and follows international trends. The look and feel is stylish but understated. The shoes have a padded socking and the soles are thermal rubber which is great for cushioning your feet and walking in more rugged areas as it provides a grip.

The range boasts a two-tone shoe that is more casual, but still classy. The toe shape is not as pointed as our formal shoes but is rounder for a generous footing. A loop at the heel provides easy fitting.

This is the perfect shoe to add to any wardrobe as it can be worn with various looks. A must have in your closet.

Crockett & Jones footwear is available at selected stores nationwide.
